Essex Road Relays

You will have seen Bill’s posting about the Essex Road relays to be held on Saturday, March 16th.

This is a great team event organised by Harwich Runners. It is chip-timed and is run over a a fast and flat course so a good chance of a PB. Don’t forget this 5k also counts as a race in the Club Championship so points are on offer early in the season.

If you can do a park run you can do this. Some of our runners even do the Harwich park run as a warm up!
