Essex 10,000 metres track championship

Entries to the Essex 10,000m track championship to be held at Braintree track are now open via the link below:

Due to the restriction on how many athletes can compete in the same race there is a strict limit of 60 entries so if you want to run you need to enter asap. Once they have 60 no further entries will be accepted.

In the event they get more than 30 men (or women) entered then the entries will be graded and some be racing in the 2nd race.

There are ladies and mens team events (2 to count – combined times) in addition to the individual championships.
