WRC AGM Monday 23rd March 2026

As notified previously, this year our Annual General Meeting will take place on Monday 23rd March and will be held at Rivenhall Oaks Golf Club starting at 7.30pm. Please arrive from 7.00pm so we can start promptly at 7.30pm. Complimentary teas and coffees will be available.

It is important that as many members as possible attend, to ensure that any decisions made at the AGM reflect the wishes of our members.

If you have any matters which you would like to raise at the AGM, please let me know as soon as possible by either, using the contact me page on the website, or speaking to me at the club on Tuesday.

If you would like to put your name forward for a position on the committee, this needs to be done either in writing prior to the AGM or verbally at the AGM, to me. You need to ask a current member of the club to propose you and another current member to second you.
