Calling all Ladies 35 and over & Men 40 and over; the Essex Vets Cross Country Champs race is fast approaching & what better way to run make room for the club Christmas party that evening !

We are a little light on numbers entered so far & would love to see the club do well & more importantly have fun!

Age groups; ladies 35 and over, Men 40 and over

Race 5 = 11.15am M50 &W35 – 8k – age on 2nd December 2017

Race 6 = 12.00pm M40 – 8k – age on 2nd December 2017
