Tuesday Social Trail Run 9:30m/m+ group

Hi everyone!

This week we will be running around the Strawberry Fields in Tiptree from Sue’s house in Tiptree (address and postcode will be in our Whatsapp group).

We have the option of a 4 mile and just over 5 mile route which we will have instructions and a route map printed out for. We will also post the routes in our Whatsapp chat.

We will set off at 6:30pm with the faster groups going first but please arrive as close to 6:15pm as possible to ensure we can get all the cars on the drive or in the garden- there is hopefully going to be enough space for us all as there is not really any other Street parking!

With the weather being so dry recently, road shoes will be acceptable.

Please sign up by 5pm Monday so we can sort out the pacing groups.
