Welcome to all the new members to the club, it is nice to meet some of you over the last couple of weeks.

Tuesday Running Buddies 

It is great to see so many people out running in groups for the running buddies.

If you would like to join one of the running buddies groups please speak to Karen Flowers for the 9.30+ or James Attenborough for the 6.30 – 9.00.

Blackheath & Bromley H AC 2021 Open – 3000m

Damian Walsh was at this track event, and finished 7th from 11 in 10:19.5.

St Clare 10k

Dean Whittaker was our sole runner at this 10k event and finished in a fantastic PB of 44:32.

 Thursday Speed Development
