Balance Stress with Rest
Successful athletes place equal importance on the stress and rest parts of the training equation. You should too. Stress+rest=progress

A return to some group running

Running in organised groups of up to 6 people is allowed outside and has been risk assessed. Please only run on quieter country roads and off road. Please do not arrange groups around town, it is very difficult to maintain a safe 2m distance due to stopping at roads etc. More details and guidance on the website. Look forward to seeing you all soon.

Running Buddies

Would you like to run with others that are your pace but don’t know who to ask? or just want to meet other members of the club, then the Running Buddy Survey is for you. We are looking to create a list of running buddies who can help you find other members to run with until we get back to our normal club running.

See Facebook group for the full post and please take the survey.
