Covid 19

Last week saw the return of some group running, with the first step in the Governments roadmap taken and restrictions being eased. We had the return of Running Buddies on Tuesdays and the Thursday structured session led by Karen and Sasha.

If you would like to join one of the running buddies groups please speak to Karen Flowers for the 9.30+ or James Attenborough for the 6.30 – 9.00.

It is great to see a return to some racing.
