Week 2 of the virtual pub runs and the number of drinking establishments continues to rise with 51 public houses now visited. There is a link on the website showing a map of where members have run.
Congratulations to Tanya Cregan and family who recently gave birth to a boy who they have called Finley. We wish them all the best.
Social Distancing (SD) Champs
Race 4 of the SD champs was 5 Miles with another great turn out. Results for this race and the final results and standings are in the website. Thanks to Damian for creating a great certificate for winners and also for download if anybody would like to make their own. Well done to all who took part.
May Day 10 Pacing Challenge
On Sunday 3rd May we should have been hosting the May Day 10 as part of the Essex Champs. As this has been cancelled we will be holding a May Day 10 pacing challenge which can be run on Saturday or Sunday. Details on the website.
Self Isolation & support
If you are in self isolation or shielding and need some support please reach out to WRC, I am sure all members would be happy to help. There is also a post from Jason and Jo, our welfare reps on the website.
