“I’m often asked what I think about as I run. Usually, the people who ask this have never run long distances themselves. I always ponder the question. What exactly do I think about when I’m running? I don’t have a clue.”
Congratulations to Gerry Greenwold on being this month’s Club Member of the Month for his amazing comeback to running after his diagnosis and treatment for Cancer and then tripping in a rabbit hole on his first proper run out delaying his return a bit longer.
Congratulations to Charlotte and Graeme Roberts on the birth of their son Toby. We wish you all the very best.
