Week five of the virtual Tuesday challenge “spell that word” using street signs. This week’s word is about putting some get up and GO into your run. Full details on the FB group.
EA weekly 30 run challenge
The EA weekly 30 continues with 5 members running this week. WRC finished 7th this week and have moved up to 12th in the overall team scores. You can still sign up and join the WRC team, it’s just 30 minutes each weekend. Details in post.
