Tomorrow ‘s the day it’s Cross Country Day

Looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow at our first cross country league. This is a good course as an intro to cross country.

This is first chance to prove we should stay up in Division A

Reminder of the details below …….see you there!

Venue = Colchester Abbey fields CO2 7GN

Race start time 10.45am – aim to be there by 10am

All runners must wear club shirts/vests. Trail shoes recommended although normal running shoes may be ok for this venue.

No registration needed just turn up – make sure you check in with James K or me

This is a special 30th Anniversary Celebration race & Every finisher will receive a commemorative bottle of Abbeyfields Ale (crisps and chocolate for under 18’s).
