Thursday 20/6 Speed Development

This week we’re back on the grass track at New Rickstones Academy, Conrad Rd, Witham, CM8 2SD.
Session will follow “similar” format to last time when there, details this week tho are as follows:
2x 800m with 120 second recoveries
3x 600m with 90 seconds recoveries
2-6x 400m with 60 second recoveries
Pacing suggestion for the 3 different rep distances is 5kplus/5k/sub5k – so ideally a pace pick up on each of the rep distances.
Recoveries will be static.
We’ll blow up and stop the session after 35 minutes this time – we’ve gone a bit longer on some of the recoveries this week, and it is the summer solstice longest day after all folks – so just stop your workout after the rep you’re on.
