Speed Development session 06/07/2023

This week we’re on the grass track at New Rickstones Academy for our speed development session.

Please bring a drink along and consider some bug spray!

The format will be announced on the night but is likely to follow previous track sessions with everyone running for the same amount of time or distance. All will be revealed on Thursday!

We’ll kick things off at 7.30, please arrive ready to begin at that time or perhaps arrive a little early for a jog around the track as a warm up.
