Senior XC Champs – Sat 7th Jan – Woodford

Hi All,

The Senior Essex Cross Country Championships are to be held on the 7th Jan at Ashton Playing Fields, Woodford, IG8 8AA. These are the Essex County Athletic Association champs and are separate to the 53-12 XC league.

10:30am – Senior women teams of 8 (4 to score) – 8k (5m) course.
11:15am – Senior men teams of 12 (6 to score) – 12k (7.5m) course.

The club receives a refund for every runner who races so it would be good to get a full mens and full womens team out.

The club will pay for entries with the exception of those who do not hold a current EA licence, who will be charged £2 to supplement the additional cost this poses to the club.

If you wish to be considered for the teams, please let Anita or I know before Christmas Day (!) so we can get the entries in.
