Saturday’s Track Video Postings

Many thanks to Steve for recording Saturday’s Track Session and these are now posted on the `Withamrc’ YouTube Channel.

Again Steve has captured slow motion shots and for the first time head on action which clearly identifies individual running styles.

Although everyone has their own technique, from Saturday’s head on shots I would pick Andy and Mark as the closest to text book foot plant although of course I appreciate that everyone has their own style. Certainly worth a look.

The last of the early Summer Sessions is on Saturday back at The Braintree Track although please view both website and FB on Friday in case of any late change!!
