There was still some racing to be had over the festive period, kicking off of course with our own BD5 race, which was a huge success thanks to our RD James Attenborough, and our army of volunteers.

A handful of WRC members took to the roads (after they’d done their volunteering stints, of course). The below are all from the results site, which doesn’t include our amazing Puddings, Karen and Will – sorry Puds!

Layer Twixmas Trail

Maggie Mason was at this self-navigation trail event on 27th December, opting for the 4.5 mile distance and finishing in 1 hour & 9 minutes.

 

Flitch Way NYE Half

We had 2 members at this Challenge Running event, both choosing the half distance. Tom Warman finished in 1:57:56, and Shane Ketteridge in 2:34:29. Well done gents!
