Rachel receives call up for Essex in Inter Counties 10k

Following her success at  both the Essex Track 10k in July and Pleshey 1/2 Marathon last week where she finished first lady and County Champion Rachel Sweatt has today been included in the Essex Ladies Team for the Inter Counties 10K Match at the Brighton on 18th November.

A huge congratulations to Rachel.
