Eggstravaganza – Day 4

Mssrs Smythe and Lager were at day 4 of this Mid Essex Casuals yearly Easter event, with the latter completing the course in 1:00:23 and the former finishing in 1:05:48. Great work gents!

Blackheath & Bromley H AC 2021 Open – 3000m

Continuing his rise to becoming one of the quickest runners in the club, Damien Walsh was at this track event, and finished 7th from 11 in 10:19.5. How soon before he’s knocking on the Heydonator’s back doors?

 

St Clare 10k

Dean Whittaker was our sole runner at this 10k event, and finished in a fantastic PB of 44:32. Great work Welfare Whittaker!
