Pub runs – The Old Ship

Another great evening for a run at Heybridge Basin last Tuesday evening saw 21 staying on for food at the Old Ship pub. With the tide out there were good views across the mud flats if you weren’t to busy watching where you were putting your feet on the loose surface of the sea wall.

Next week something completely different! A part trail run from The Cross Keys in White Notley (CM8 1RQ). The weather is set fair so normal footwear should be ok. Once again only a small car park but extra spaces are available just up the road at the village hall. We have exclusive use of the dining area and a runners menu will be provided so please try to support the pub.
