Pub runs – The Compasses, Littley Green

Well, it was another night of records. Maybe it was the footie or the tennis or other events or just too hot but I counted only 16 members last Tuesday for our run from The Compasses with 7 staying for food afterwards; both all time low numbers.

With the two major sporting events nearly complete I expect that there will be a few more turning up for next Tuesdays run from The Generals Arms in Little Baddow (CM3 4SX). This ‘interestingly undulating’ venue is usually quite popular. It’s a good pub with nice food so it’s worth making the effort to get there.

There is also a self navigation woodland trail alternative for this-coming Tuesday pub run so for those who like trail running could be the perfect choice.
