LT Group Return from 20th May

They’re back! The LT Group returns weekly from next Tuesday, 20th May to 17th June. All strengths welcome.

 

A few notes: Please would faster runners turn back at the end of their rep and rejoin with the main group. Look for the session post on Mondays so you can plan your session and week ahead. Additionally, I’ll stay at back of the group, and we’ll stick to the pub run (road) in case you need to drop back to a slower pace.

 

These sessions will help you build endurance, raise your threshold, and improve race pace. Plus, it’s a great chance to run with people you don’t usually train with.

 

To give you a feel of what to expect, sessions usually start with a 1-2 mile warm up, short intervals (ranging from 3-8mins), followed by a group cool down. Sessions will range from 5-8 miles and of course you’re welcome to add some more mileage before or after depending on your needs.
