July 2024 CMOTM

Congratulations for our Club Member of the Month for July 2024 which has been awarded to Angela Read. She has received this nomination and been awarded the CMOTM for winning the John Roberts 5k Handicap race at The Angel in Kelvedon, on the back of a fantastic training block for her half marathon. Well done, Angela!

Our other nominees for July were:

Ian Cuthbert – For 5km PB during the John Roberts series. Tough course on a good day let alone a personal best. Well done.

Glen Waller – For six 5k PBs in a row, a result of the faster 5k series.

Claudia Baba – For her great effort completing a 100k ultra – Race to the Stones – and finishing 18th!

Terry Alabaster – For his incredible feat of being the winning man in the Tour of Terling. Terry rarely misses a Tuesday session and represents club at numerous races (mostly trails!) through the year. Now running as well as ever after overcoming injury last year. A long time club member, he is always welcoming to other club members.
