As always, a massive thanks to our volunteers this evening: Simon Scott and Sasha on timekeeping, Martin Weaire, Daniel Griffiths, Colsey, James Montgomery, Mick, Ian Cuthbert, and Jamie Davidson counting laps, and Andrew Read on marshal and photography duty!

Results

As usual at the Colchester track, a bit of wind at points around the loop, but that didn’t stop excellent performances from all of our runners, and some PBs  🙂
