The 2nd JR 5k is taking place at Colchester Gateway, Cuckoo Farm Way, Colchester, CO4 5YX.

Volunteers please!

As a reminder, WRC members cannot run in the handicap unless they volunteer at 1 of the first 3 races.

Please could we have some volunteers for the following roles, with arrival for 8pm, please.

• Timekeeper (1 person)
• Lap counters (6-8 people)
• Marshals (2 people)

If you could sign up below with your preferred role please. Roles will be allocated on a first come first served basis until volunteer positions are full.
