Claire Lucas headed up North to take on Ironman 70.3 Botlon , otherwise known as half ironman  ( 1.9km swim, 90km bike, 21.2km run) 70.3 comes from the distance in miles. 1.2mile swim, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run.

This is only Claire’s 2nd Triathlon and a fantastic acheivement finishing in 6 hours 40minutes and 1 second. Well done Claire!
