Halstead Marathon helpers

Last call for volunteers to man and woman our water station at next Sundays Halstead marathon (remember that there are championship points available for those that do but I know that’s not the reason why you want to do it!!). It’s a good opportunity to assist another club whilst supporting our own runners. It’s also a lot of fun.

If you are an old hand and wish to go to the station direct I’ll see you there but otherwise please meet at Halstead Leisure Centre, Colne Road, CO9 2HR (race HQ) at 9am when we can then continue together. Please use the marshals car park at the school next to the Centre. If you want any further info then please get in touch with me.

Looks like it’s going to be a warm one folks so our services will be in demand but don’t forget your own refreshments.
