Essex Way Relay 2025 – update

AS AT 16 AUGUST 2025

A quick update on where we are with the Essex Way Relay teams for this year:

1. Everyone signed up so far has been allocated the leg they requested (assuming we get 2 full teams) EXCEPT Leg 7 which is is heavily over subscribed – if anyone signed up for this leg is happy to swap to another leg  please let me know otherwise I will draw names out of a hat when I submit the teams.
2. We currently need runners as follows:
   

   Stage 2	Chipping Ongar	Good Easter	9.5 miles	9am	2 runners
   Stage 3	Good Easter	Little Leighs	9.5 miles	10.15am	1 runner
   Stage 4	Little Leighs	Cressing	10.1 miles	11.30am	1 runner

   Stage 8

   Dedham

   Bradfield

   8.0 miles

   4.15pm

   2 runners
