Essex Vets Cross Country Championships 14/12/2024

Following on from Will’s Facebook post, the Essex Vets Cross Country Championships will take place on 14th December at Epping Forest, on the corner of Ranger’s Road and Forest Side (rough w3w//////camera.dive.stand).
This event is open to those who are 40+.
Please remember that runners must be EA registered and Essex affiliated (essentially, that you live in Essex).
This 8k race features individual medals (awarded in 5 year age categories up to V70 and team medals in 10 year age categories). 4 runners are required to score for teams.
Entries will close on 5th December; the club will pay your entry fees (so please be sure you will run!) and the Captains will register your entry.
Race structure:
10:00am – Race 1 – Men V50+
10:50am – Race 2 – Women V40+
11:40am – Race 3 – Men V40
