Don’t forget to enter – Essex Road Relays

This year’s Essex Road Relays will be held at a new venue, Abbey Fields, Colchester – a 2 lap, spectator friendly course on the road around the Garrison, over approx 5k per leg. The host club are Colchester Harriers.

Important changes for 2020:

The race is on a Sunday (March 15th) – 11am start

The inclusion of V60 teams for both males and females

The open team results will be counted in the overall Essex Grand Prix for 2020

Women:

Open (up to 39) V40 V50 V60  – 3 runners per team

Men:

Open (up to 39) – 4 runners per team

V40 V50 V60 – 3 runners per team

This is another great team event open to all – everyone has run a 5k either from The Angel or a park run – so enter via the links tab on the website. Closing date is February 23rd.
