We had a lot of nominations for CMOTM for September 2025, but the winner is Ian Lucas! He was nominated for not only having a great run at the Great North Run – his 18^th time of running it, but for also running his first ultra marathon- the Suffolk Coastal Ultra a week later whilst helping to pace his daughter! “Not bad for a 68-year-old!” – well done Ian!
