Dinner Dance Menu Choices

Thank you to everyone that has booked tickets for the dinner dance – if you haven’t bought your ticket yet we have a very small number left. Please get in touch with Jenny Layley.

For all of you that have booked, we now need you to complete your menu selection from the following options. Please complete this by Thursday 27th February at the latest.

Final payments for tickets, for those buying in instalments, is due on Friday 7th March

Starter

Tomato Soup with Bread Roll ( V, VG, GF)

Chicken liver pate with onion chutney, baby leaves and sourdough (GFO)

Beetroot carpaccio, with goats cheese, watercress and walnut vinaigrette (V, GF)

Main

Slow roasted pork belly, with bubble and squeak croquettes, homemade apple purée, thyme sauce (GF)

Seared salmon with a ginger & red pepper marmalade, crème fraiche & crispy chives (GF)

Butternut squash, spinach & pumpkin seed risotto (V, VE, GF)

Dessert

Sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream

White chocolate & Raspberry cheesecake (GF)

Lemon tart with crème fraiche
