Congratulations to Rob Frost, CMOTM for March.  Rob has run 2 x 100-mile weeks and over 400 miles in March and Rob has already ran 1100 miles in 2021

Other worthy nominations were.

Dawn Shilling – For coming back from injury with her solo running challenge of running 15 times throughout March clocking a total of 130 miles and over 22 hours of running in the one month

Patrick Hinchcliffe – Patrick managed to get his 5k under 35 mins after a long time trying.
