Club Champs update April 2026

Race season has kicked off in earnest now, and it’s time for the first Club Champs update of 2026!
Results include the following races:
- Colchester track 5k x 2 (inc volunteer points)
- Essex Road Relays
- Gt Bentley HM
- Colchester HM
And the following commitment points:
- 3 x NESS races
- XC Champs in Jan
- Essex Road Relays
- Essex 20 running
Of those having completed the 2 available race distances so far, Sally Hoyle & Jamie Davidson are heading up the ladies & gents tables. Jamie is being closely pursued by Steven Wherrett, who’s just 4 points behind!
We expect to see a big turnout at this weekend’s Bromley 10k, and then we head into May & June, and before you know it we’ll be into the JR5k series!
Don’t forget that all of our members must volunteer at at least one of our races throughout the membership year, so get those points bagged early!
