Hard Work Pays Off
Doing your best requires only applying your current abilities. Becoming your best requires consistently working to improve those abilities. Dennis Barker
Membership Reminder
With the start of the new membership year on 1st April those who joined us as Virtual Members should now be renewing their membership, this also includes those who took membership as part of the virtual BD5 race.
For new runners who have started to run with us, WRC offer 4 free trial sessions and after this time you will need to join as a member to continue to train with us.
For fully paid up members from last year, membership will carry over until October but you will need to renew your EA licence if you wish to race as an affiliated runner.
For previous members who were not fully paid up last year and new members you will need to join via the normal means on the website front page.
Tuesday Running Buddies
With the running buddies getting very popular with 20-30 runners in each group we will be looking at venues with a larger area for meeting so we can still maintain social distancing. Please remember when in a public area, pub carpark etc we all represent WRC and need to follow the government guidance at all times.
If you would like to join one of the running buddies groups please speak to Karen Flowers for the 9.30+ or James Attenborough for the 6.30 – 9.00.
