BECKINGHAM BELL, CM9 8LL, PUB RUN 30/8/22
29 August 2022 - By James Attenborough
We arrive at the last “country pub” of the pub run season. We hope you’ve enjoyed them all! As the light is now sadly catching us again, high viz and lights are recommended.
This week we will be headed to the Beckingham Bell in Tolleshunt Major, whilst again there is a car park, we encourage car sharing as it quickly fills up! Also please note for those driving from Witham you will need to get there past Benton Hall rather than the closed Braxted road.
The website is https://www.thebeckinghambell.com/
There are trail and road routes this week, the trail hasn’t been recced and there isn’t a narrative but we know that some of you love an adventure, so the GPX for the trail route is here:
Trail: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/course/98916837 5.2 Miles
Some of you will recognise the road route as it’s most of The Swan in reverse, please take care on elements of the road route as some of the roads can get quite fast so please bear this in mind and you will need to be in single file for small parts of the run.
