BD5+1

I was asked details today about tomorrow’s traditional BD5 +1 which has now been going for 12 years and which unsurprisingly has always been won by a WRC member!!

That said this is NOT a race and is run as slow or fast as you want to make it.

Many including myself use it more as a social run to help burn off two days of excess calories!

I would suggest we meet at Witham Leisure Centre for a 10am departure to the start in Blunts Hall End.

Hopefully see a few of you in the morning.
