AGM Monday 24th March 2025

This year our Annual General Meeting will take place on Monday 24th March and will be held at Rivenhall Oaks Golf Club starting at 7.30pm. Please arrive from 7.00pm so we can start promptly at 7.30pm.

It is important that as many membrs as possible attend, to ensure that any decisions made at the AGM reflect the wishes of our members.

If you have any matters which you would like to raise at the AGM, please let me know as soon as possible by using the contact me page on the website or see me at the club.

If you would like to put your name forward for a position on the committee this needs to be done either in writing prior to the AGM or verbally at the AGM to myself. You need to ask a current member of the club to propose you and another current member to second you.
