Social Tuesdays 630s-9s (Six Bells, Boreham) 6:30pm meet

This week we will be meeting at at the Six Bells in Boreham. The landlord has asked us to avoid filling their car park up until after the run. Please therefore use local roads or car parks where appropriate(Plantation Road or the Village Hall look to be the best bets.)

There are two options available, the first is the road route (6.2miles) which is on the GPX here:

The trail route this week has been kindly provided by Liz Prior and the link is below. Obviously it has been a lot wetter over the last week so you might want to consider trail shoes. However it’s about 70% trail and also involves the river so please consider your Jungle Formula/Citronella to avoid the midges!

Please familiarise yourself with the routes beforehand. If you get lost another group shouldn’t be far behind. Please select your preferred pace and whether you want road or trail and buddy up accordingly. Please note due to the guideline changes today we no longer have to worry about running in groups of six maximum.

We have reserved four tables in the Six bells for after run drinks and food. Please book below.

If you want to come along to the run, you will need to complete the form below. Just fill in your name, check the box to confirm the health screening and disclaimer and submit your entry. When you have submitted your name successfully it will appear in a list at the bottom of the post. Please sign up no later than 4.00pm on Tuesday.
