13/04 Speed development- Hill reps

Scott and I will be coaching Hill Repetitions this week, in a session that was previously run in 2022, it was a very popular session and I hope you all enjoy it.
We’ll be running up and recovering down three hills in the area of Spa Road & Highfields. We will split you into three pace groups, with each group spending 10 minutes on each hill before moving onto the next.
Please meet at 7:30pm on the grassy area at the bottom of Highfields Road, junction with Spa Road across from Asda.
Please do a warm up jog before arriving of approx 1-2 miles, and we will do some dynamic stretches and drills before the main session begins. The session itself will last for around 30 minutes.
For Garmin or other devices, the session is suitable for the Lap Button
