Hi Everyone,

Due to the football this week and an expectation that numbers will be lower than usual, both groups will be merging.

I am hoping that this will give some of our runners the opportunity to try a faster pace or slower pace as well as meet some of our other members again or for the first time!

We are back in Witham this week with one of our favourite runs (well mine anyway) – the John Ray Trail starting from Rickstones Road Car Park

We will meet at 6:45pm at the Rickstones Road Car Park (CM8 3HH) to accommodate some of the runners that would battle to make 6:30pm usual start.

Please note this car park can only facilitate 10 cars maximum (excl dog walkers) so you may need to park on the road or alternatively if you get there early enough my driveway is always available!

If you can get there by foot please do!

There is a 4+ mile route as well as a 5.5 mile route or alternatively when you can run past the Western Arms you can pop in there, watch a bit of the football and ask for a lift back to your car afterwards!
