9.30s and above Tuesday Runs

Hi everyone

I’m looking forward to welcoming you all to Maldon on Tuesday. There will be a 4 mile (approx 4.3) option, as well as a 5 mile (approx 5.3) route. The run will be a combination of road, sea wall and park path. (Road shoes will be fine as the sea wall path has now dried out. Please careful as this stretch can be a bit tough on the ankles).

We will meet in car park in Maldon Morrisons. Please park away from the shop and nearer to the road as we shall exit the car park to Limebrook Avenue. Postcode for Morrisons is CM9 6GG.

If you did the Maldon run last summer, please note that this is a different route as I couldn’t find a similar 4 miler.

I shall sort out the groups Monday evening and post in the WhatsApp group. Please note that I shall be incommunicado when in work on Tuesday so Karen has kindly agreed to help with any last minute changes that may occur throughout the day.
