Dec 8th Tuesday Tempo Run – 9:30’s plus

So we are back to some sense of normality and after a month of lockdown we are able to meet again for our Tuesday runs
We will meet at Witham Leisure centre at 6:30pm where we will split into smaller groups
The route is as follows:
Turn R into Spinks Lane & R into Highfields Road
R into Armond Road & R into Guithavon Valley
L up Guithavon Street
Turn L into the High Street – X road & turn R down Maldon Road
Turn R into Maltings Lane & L into Gershwin Boulevard
Continue uphill at Aldi turn R
Turn L into Allectus Way (Clockwise Loop) – turn L at end back into Allectus Way
Turn L into the Main Road & L into Spinks Lane (5.5 Miles)
