SD Virtual champs recognised by EA

Thought I would share the below email with you received from the EA recognising the WRC efforts to support and keep members running during this difficult time.

Good Morning,

I hope you are keeping well.
I am just making contact as I have seen details of the excellent work at the club to help keep members active (within the current guidelines). The Social Distancing Championship at the club looks a great idea so well done to everyone involved in organising this. As you may have seen, England Athletics are organising a club webinar on 9th April to share ideas/best practice from clubs across the country – I therefore wondered if the club would be happy for me to include details of the WRC’s Social Distancing championship as an example of best practice?

If you have any photos, quotes, or other details of how the club are supporting runners remotely which you would be happy to share to be included in the webinar that would be brilliant.
