Cancelled – Thursday Riverwalk 400s and Track Sessions

Owing to extraordinary levels of heat being predicted for today and tonight, the coaching team have taken the decision to cancel tonight’s speed sessions at Witham Leisure Centre/Riverwalk and at Braintree Track.

The decision was not a difficult decision considering it is predicted to still be as high as 32c at 7pm tonight and our view is that, under these circumstances, it’s likely that we can do more harm than good by putting you through your paces in sessions that are designed to be tough even in cool conditions.

We hope you understand our decision and that it has been taken in the best interest of the club and our members.
