Thursday Track Etiquette and Weather Warning

Track will continue this week for our members on Thursday at 8:15pm meet at Braintree Leisure centre however please can members take note of the following:

–  We do not have access to the track until 8:30. Until this time the track is booked and paid for by Braintree AC. We must respect our neighbours and friends at Braintree AC by keeping off the track until our booking starts. Our meeting time and place is 8:15pm for warm-up on the concrete concourse just before the entrance to the track.

–  Following on from Rachels post on the Riverwalk 400m Session, please can those attending the track session also ensure that you bring adequate supply of water with you owing to the severe heat that is predicted.
