Edinburgh Marathon – Sunday 26th May
Brigid Wallen was up in bonny Scotland for the Edinburgh marathon, and, despite setting a very decent benchmark for a previously un-set club record, was disappointed with her performance. In her own words:- “It didn’t go well, head wind from 19 miles. Disappointed and had a few tears at the end, but it’s done now.” None the less, she finished in a highly respectable 4:13:27

Mayflower XC Run – Sunday 26th May

Terry Alabaster was back again, completing this half marathon+ trail run from Harwich to Mistley in 2:03:36  Excellent considering this is twice as far as Terry as run since coming back from injury.

Alton Water 5k – Stutton, Suffolk, Sunday 26th May

In between some SUP and and some supping, James Crisp found the time to take first place at the Great Run Local Alton 5K, finishing in 19:40.

Well done everyone, please let me know if I’ve missed your race or result, or if you think I’m just a massive buffoon.
