Winter Wobble 10 miler – Rowhedge

Officially voted “Colchester’s Premier riverside based, drinking related, running race with a seasonal theme” by themselves, the Long Brew Running Club again put on this 10 miler. It seems to be a fairly relaxed affair (they don’t post results) and was enjoyed by a good group of club members.

Essex Cross Country League – Horseheath

Scott Darney was the only brave soul to venture out at Horseheath, finishing in a time of 32m 44s coming home in 60th place

Thetford Trail Race 1 – Thetford Forest

Wrapping up her racing season, Sandy Karl was in Thetford for the 1ok trail race bagging a strong PB in a time of 52m 13s coming home in 6th for her age category.
