Firstly, don’t panic!! You do not need to spend all evening in a swimsuit, get a last minute waxing or appear on ITV.

However you are going to be paired with someone (whom you may or may not find attractive), spend an intense period of time with them; and, (as with all relationships) only get out of it what you put in!!

We will pair runners in each race to get the most even spread of times based on your combined 5k PB/SB and the team with the lowest combined time over 10k will win something money can’t buy!!
