Club Champs Update – June 2025

It’s time for another update! It feels like the races have been coming thick and fast for the last couple of months – the current table includes scoring opportunities from:
- Essex Road Relays (100 commitment points plus performance points)
- Volunteering MD 10 (100 points)
- 2 x JR 5ks (running – points based on performance vs age)
- 2 x JR 5ks volunteering (25 points each)
- Races* at 5 miles, 10k (x2), 10 miles and HM (points based on performance vs age)
*Races up to and including Springfield Friday Night 5.
There’s been a change at the top of the ladies’ table, with Annalise Etherington taking the lead – although Annalise has raced at all 5 distances available (although of course you can always improve your score at another CC race of the same distance!).
No change at the top of the men’s table, with Jamie Davidson still in the lead, although Jamie has completed 4 race distances. DJ is hanging in there on the podium at the moment!
Lots still to play for, with plenty of volunteering, commitment and racing opportunities still ahead.
